At Projedify we strive to provide our trainees with high-quality online courses and excellent customer service. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, aligning with industry standards while ensuring the sustainability of our operations.

1. Full Refund Policy

Trainees are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their course enrollment 48 hours before the scheduled course start date. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Partial Refund Policy

Trainees who cancel their course enrollment within 48 hours before the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a partial refund. Specifically, 50% of the course fee will be refunded, with the remaining 50% retained to cover administrative costs and resources already allocated.

Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided. This includes trainees who do not attend the course or who drop out after it has started. We invest significant resources in preparing for and delivering our courses, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds once the course has begun.
